How to view your outbox
To view your outbox, please follow the instructions below.
1. After logging in to your account, click on the "Message” tab on the upper left of the balck band.
2. Click "All Messages" and select “Outbox" from the tabs.
3. Only messages that you have sent will be displayed.
Please note that it may take longer to send your message due to our emailing system.
If your message is not shown in your outbox after being sent, please wait a few minutes and check again.
