Can I get a refund once I purchased points?
After points have been purchased and paid (after the transfer or payment has been completed), changes or cancellations cannot be made.
We do not offer refunds for remaining points that have not been fully used or for lessons that are no longer available due to the specific tutor's withdrawal.
