How to check your student’s Skype Name (ID)

Please note: the Skype name is not the same as the Skype display name.

Every Skype user has two names, a Skype name and a Skype display name. The Skype name is unique and can not be changed. The Skype display name can be changed.

If you want to check your student’s Skype name, please right-click on their name in your contact list and select “Show Profile”.
