I cannot log in to my account
Login Trouble Shooting
If you are unable to login to your account, please refer to the following steps:
1. You can only log in once your account has been fully registered. If you are logging in for the first time after newly registering, please make sure that your email address has been verified first.
*When you sign up for an account, a verification link will be automatically sent to the email address you entered. When you click the URL link in the email, your email address will be verified.
2. If you are receiving the message “Sorry! Login failed. Please check your email or password." on your login page, there may be an error in your email address or password. Please check if you have entered the correct alphanumeric characters, if there are no spaces before or after the characters, and if all characters are single-byte characters.
*You cannot log in with your reminder email address. Please log in with your main email address that you registered with.
3. Please make sure you are on the Student login page.
*You can login as a student or a tutor on Cafetalk. If you want to login as a tutor, please access here.
4. You may need to clear your cache in order to log in. For instructions on how to clear your cache, please refer to this link.
If you are unable to log in after following all the steps above, please contact our support office with the following information: your email address, the web browser you are using, and the device you are using.
You can no longer log in when the number of failed login attempts exceeds a certain number. In the case your account is locked, please contact Cafetalk support to unlock your account.
