Does It Cost Anything to Reschedule or Cancel a Lesson?

You can always reschedule or cancel a lesson appointment from your request page. Please note however, that rescheduling within 24 hours of the confirmed time is not permitted (the reschedule button will be grayed out) and lessons must instead be cancelled. Cancelling a lesson within 24 hours of the confirmed time may incur a cancellation charge according to the tutor's policy.

Cancelling a lesson that has not yet been confirmed

An unconfirmed lesson can be cancelled at any time for a full refund.

Cancellation within than 24 hours of a lesson

Depending on the cancellation reason, the tutor may collect 50% or 100% of the lesson price as a cancellation fee. This decision is up to the tutor's discretion, so please use our messaging service to check with them about their policy.
