What is a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)?

An NDA is confidentiality agreement intended to increase your level of trustworthiness to business users.

If you submit identity verification documents and accept the non-disclosure agreement on the next page, an NDA icon will appear on your profile.

Create a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

【STEP1】Select『NDA』

After logging into Cafetalk, go to your dashboard, then please select “Profile Settings” and next “NDA/Identity Verification”.

【STEP2】Fill out the required information and submit identity verification documents.

In order to verify your identity, please submit your full name, present address, and identity verification documents.

【STEP3】Accept the Non-Disclosure Agreement

Read the non-disclosure agreement and after accepting, click submit.

【STEP4】Completion

We will send you a notification via email after verifying your identity.
※ An『NDA』icon will be displayed on your profile.

Upon completion you will be directed to the above page.
